Simon Woodstock
Back when I was skating there was a Skater called Simon Woodstock which no one could nor can they ever step to. He was famed for skating in a wetsuit on a skimboard deck hed converted into a skateboard which he could flip like it was no thing. He also rode in a skiers bib and brace overalls on a snowboard deck he transformed too. His piece de resistance however was when he rode an ironing board in a pool dressed as a clown complete with big red shoes and helium baloons.
Anyhow he was one of the first people I looked up when I got onto YouTube and I was appalled to find only a couple of real sketchy vids of him (they're still well worth looking at though). Given this I looked up wiki and found he was doing junk like celebrity boxing which confirmed what my buddy had told me about him, which was that he'd become disillusioned with skating and stopped to join a punk band or summink.
This Sucks. Just like it did when they started to mark dropknee bodyboarding the same as prone. What he was doing was harder and because comp judges had no mechanism to mark what he was doing he never got enough props . badda bing badda boom.

A list of videos he appears in are here.
This is his skimboard, snowboard, clown vid. Check out his comedy at the end.
Here he is singing the track above "Metal Mom" on the old 411 skating video.
The image used above is from a T-Shirt you can buy here.

Sikhism
Today I read about the Sikhs on wiki today and I was amazed with the similarities to Buddhism. They have a non-anthropomorphic concept of god which means that god is everywhere and is all things and they rejected the caste system. I'm starting to get why they are so well accepted and revered both in India and abroad. It's got all this inner searching and reflection as opposed to a "why did god do this to us" attitude and i like it but I still haven't worked out why they wear the turban and beard. I heard once that it was disrespectful to god or some junk but this sounds a little simplistic. I will investigate and report.

More stuff
I had to delete a beautiful picture of a tranny from here today as I was facing legal action. Rest assured more content will be up soon.
